COVID Update: Giving Tuesday Has Ended

Dear Friends,

Thank you to  each  of you who participated in our #GivingTuesdayNOW campaign— through a donation, through a social share, through spreading the word... Every dollar and every action counts in our  effort to make sure that no one in our equestrian community is weathering the storm alone. 

There is still work to be done in the days ahead.  As your circumstances permit, here are some actions to consider:

• Donate to EAF's Disaster Relief Fund or to the Showjumping  Relief  Fund to help our  industry's professionals and service providers until horse shows and lesson programs start again
• Make a donation of hay via Fleet of Angels' Emergency Hay Bank to help those who are having trouble keeping their horses fed due to COVID-related economic adversity
• Check in with  your local lesson barns . This recent article from The Plaid Horse provides an excellent example of how we can help  school horses until lesson income resumes. 
• Stay inspired and ring-ready by sending a video to the Online Riders Collective's Clinics for a Cause  or by setting your sights on Dressage Shows Online's June 5 show. Both benefit EAF's COVID Relief Fund.
• Shop for Mother's Day (or for retail therapy!) at Calverro , Samshield America or Riderzon , all of which are donating a percentage of sales to EAF's COVID relief  effort .

Since its inception in 1996, the Foundation has granted over $3 million in direct financial aid to equestrians in medical crisis. Its needs-based support provides assistance with basic living and rehabilitative expenses to riders, trainers, farriers, grooms, horse farm owners and other equestrians who need a helping hand to get back on their feet and back to work.
