The Equestrian Aid Foundation’s team of dedicated professionals is committed to excellence in every aspect of achieving our mission to make a difference in the life of a sick or disabled equestrian who is experiencing adversity.
Louise Smith joined Equestrian Aid in 2016. Her executive experience in both the business and non-profit sectors will help the Foundation achieve national recognition as the leading equestrian support organization. A dressage rider herself, Louise is inspired by the Foundation’s mission to help seriously injured and ill horse people who need a helping hand to get back on their feet. She lives in Watsonville, CA and Wellington, FL.
Janise Gray was appointed as an Executive Director for the Foundation at Equestrian Aid’s inception some 20 years ago. She currently serves on Equestrian Aid’s Board and is also the Foundation’s Director of Grant Recipients. An accomplished lifelong equestrian with a background in animal science and facilities business analysis, Janise resides in Union, NJ, with her husband and their dogs.
Sally Dininny worked for 25 years as an executive assistant before establishing and managing Star Breeders, Inc., which bred and competed reining horses and supported top-level dressage riders. She lives in Wellington, FL, and serves as Equestrian Aid’s Administrative Assistant.
Emily Cleland became involved with Equestrian Aid when she and her family settled in Wellington, FL, in 2013. A former groom and barn manager with a background in literature and writing, Emily currently serves as the Foundation’s Program Manager.
